Making changes to an AHC

I created an AHC and allocated a Certificate Reference Number, but the client is no longer travelling. What can I do? I've spotted an error on the form that is not related to the fields I've entered. What can I do? Can I make changes to the AHC by hand? If I generate the PDF and then later find an error will I be able to alter it?

Technically this is allowed if the OV stamps and signs each change, but this is a risk. It is much better to have all details correct before generating the AHC.

You can make changes to any step on OVForm and then click 'Regenerate' to recreate the PDF file. The version number on the download link will increment. You will not be charged a credit for recreating an AHC.
